material

Flour: One cup

Water: Three quarters of a cup

Starch: One tablespoon

Salt: A pinch

Vegetable oil: A quarter cup

Eggs: 3 pieces

Cardamom: 1 tsp (ground)

Saffron: A quarter teaspoon

Diameter: as desired (cold)

How to make

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, then add the starch, salt and cardamom. In a saucepan over medium heat, put the vegetable oil, water and saffron and bring the ingredients to a boil, then add the flour mixture to the boiling water and stir the ingredients quickly until you have a cohesive and non-sticky dough. Put the dough in an electric mixer, then beat it until it cools down a bit, then add the eggs one at a time, stirring constantly to get a sticky dough, then put it in a pastry bag. Prepare an oven tray and line it with baking paper, then shape the sham dates as needed. Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake until the tray is golden. Remove the tray from the oven, then water the oysters with cold syrup, and serve.
