Tomatoes: 4 pieces

Garlic: 2 cloves (chopped)

Hot green chillies: 3 pieces (chopped)

Olive oil: 4 tsp

Parsley: 1 tablespoon (chopped)

Black pepper: A pinch

Salt: A pinch

How to make

Blend the tomatoes in an electric blender until they become a puree. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, then add the garlic and hot pepper, and stir until the ingredients are wilted, then add the pureed tomatoes and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, stir until the mixture is completely homogeneous, then leave it in the oven until it boils for a few minutes, then serve with a side of kabsa.
