Tomato soup with shrimp

Prawns: half a kg (peeled and cleaned)
Tomatoes: 5 pieces (chopped)
Shallot: Bunch (chopped)
Onion: 1 piece (chopped)
Garlic: 3 cloves (minced)
Olive oil: 5 tbsp
Thyme: One teaspoon
Salt: One teaspoon
Saffron: A quarter teaspoon
Fennel: Half a tablespoon
Black pepper: one teaspoon
Cinnamon: One teaspoon
Ginger: One teaspoon
Water: One liter
How to make
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan on the stove, fry the onion for a few minutes, then add the shallot and stir. Add the shrimp, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, saffron, thyme, fennel, ginger and cinnamon, then pour in the water and stir until combined. Leave the pot on the stove until the shrimp are cooked, then remove the shrimp from the mixture and set aside. Beat the mixture well with an electric mixer until it is smooth. Return the prawn pieces to the pot and heat through for 5 minutes, then ladle the soup onto serving plates and serve hot.
