Oats: 2 cups (crushed)

Ginger: One teaspoon

Cinnamon: One tablespoon

Baking soda: one teaspoon

Vanilla: A quarter teaspoon

Cloves: ½ teaspoon (crushed)

Salt: A pinch

Sugar: One third of a cup (fructose sugar)

Egg: 1 piece

Coconut Oil: Half a cup

How to make

In a bowl, mix the oats with the cinnamon, baking powder, cloves, ginger, fructose and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs, vanilla and coconut oil well. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well again, then refrigerate overnight. The next day, sprinkle the table with flour, then roll the dough and cut it into squares, preferably with a cookie cutter. Line a baking tray with butter paper, then arrange the biscuits. Place it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for ten minutes, then take it out and serve.
