Smoked salmon: 2 pieces
Potato: 3 pieces (thinly sliced)
Lemon juice: 1 piece
Lemon: 1 piece (sliced)
Garlic: 4 cloves (minced)
Hot Green Chillies: Half Teaspoon (Dried)
Olive oil: 7 tbsp
Parsley: 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt: A pinch
Spices: As desired
How to make
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. On an oven tray, distribute the potato slices, then season the salmon with salt and place it on top of the potatoes. Slice the top of the fish into small pieces and add the lemon wedges, then brush the fish with two tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and spices as desired. Cover the oven tray with tin foil, then place in the oven for about 20 minutes. Lift the foil and return the tray to the oven for about 15 minutes, until the ingredients are crispy. In a frying pan, heat 5 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the garlic, dried chili pepper and parsley and stir slightly. Remove the fish from the oven, add the lemon, and pour the parsley sauce over it, then serve.
