material

Egg whites: 2 pcs

Egg yolk: 1 piece

Cocoa powder: 4 tbsp

Lemon juice: one tablespoon

Brown sugar: 3 tbsp

Butter: 2 tbsp

Water: One cup

Vanilla: one teaspoon

Flour: One tablespoon

Cocoa powder: 2 tbsp (extra amount)

How to make

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle butter and flour into small oven dish. Sift the cocoa powder and flour onto a plate. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the water and mix well until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the mixture to a non-sticky saucepan and place it over a medium heat, stirring for 10 minutes, until the ingredients thicken and the texture thickens, then remove from the heat and set aside. Whisk the egg whites with the lemon juice until the whites double in volume. Add the brown sugar to the mixture and whisk. Add the egg yolks and vanilla to the cocoa, butter and flour mixture and stir. Gradually add the egg whites to the mixture and beat until combined. Distribute the mixture into the prepared cups and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove the cups from the oven and serve warm with ice cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
